No guilt snacks ;)
Hey guys! Recently I’ve been making these for lunch - they’re basically salads inside a pepper - no cutlery required!
Step 1: Gather your ingredients! I used a yellow pepper, lettuce, turkey, tomatoes, and a reallllllly small amount of low fat cheese (to melt on the top to stop everything spilling out)

Step 2 : Decapitate your pepper

Step 3 : Scoop out the insides, making sure you remove all of the seeds

Step 4 : Cut it in half

Step 5 : Start adding lettuce to the pepper halves

Step 6: Add your other ingredients, cheese on last

Step 7 : Place in the oven for around 5-10 minutes (however long it takes for the cheese to melt)

Step 8 : Admire your work. Feel proud.

Step 9 : Eat! Or wrap it up and place it in the fridge overnight if, like me, you make your lunch in advance

I hope you try it and like it! Of course you can substitute pretty much any of the ingredients too =)
I don’t know about anyone else, but for me exams are already looming on the horizon! :( If you’re “too busy” to exercise, consider an exercise bike. They work mostly your lower half and leave your hands and face free enough to turn pages and read, so you can carry on revising. You can thank me later ;)

In my room, I keep a jar for loose change and coins. When i lose, say, a pound, whatever money I’ve accumulated is mine to spend on anything as a reward! This works really well in keeping me motivated as a small treat. Also, it doesn’t have to be money that you reward yourself with, it could be doing something that you enjoy or spending extra time with family/friends :)

Keep a food diary for a week to keep track of what you’re actually eating - prepare to be amazed at all the “just one piece of cake/chocolate/biscuits/junk food can’t hurt” calories you accumulate! You can also see what time you tend to give in to temptation; for me it’s the early hours of the morning when I’ve forced myself to stay up and do some work!
Can’t stop snacking? I’ve found that doing something which keeps both hands busy and distracts my mind from food is really useful. Personally I like knitting, but crochet, quilting, sewing, and many others are a good alternative! Plus, at the end of it you’ll have something (hopefully) that’s useful, pretty and handmade : )
